About the role

A Nurse Educator develops, coordinates, and evaluates educational programs within clinical practice areas, facilitating continuing education, orientation, and professional development for nurses and healthcare staff.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate continuing education, orientation, and professional development for nurses and healthcare staff.
• Act as an educator, consultant, and change agent.
• Support interprofessional learning.
• Coordinate training initiatives.

Qualifications

• BSN required or actively pursuing within specified timelines.
• 3-5 years of RN experience with strong clinical knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Active Minnesota RN license and BLS certification.
