Influence patient care through collaboration and leadership as a BMT Nurse Coordinator.
Responsibilities
- Shape decisions to improve patient outcomes and nursing practices
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in hospital councils and initiatives
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school
- Current Tennessee nursing license
- BSN (Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of oncology experience
- Transplant and cellular therapy experience preferred
- Experience managing inpatient/outpatient AML, ALL, and Burkitt’s Lymphoma
- Current BLS certification
- Obtain Oncology Nurse Certification within one year of hire
