About the Role

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high-quality, patient-centered care during their shift by supervising nursing staff, evaluating care quality, and collaborating with management to improve outcomes. Assists with admission and discharge processes to promote efficient patient flow, participates in assessing and improving the quality of care provided, and supports teamwork with a patient-first approach. Engages in service recovery when needed and recommends staffing solutions, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution. Manages staff scheduling, inventory control, and supply management.

Requirements

• Must be a Registered Nurse with a Diploma.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• No prior experience required.
