Nurse Coordinator

Role Overview: The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high-quality, patient-centered care during their shift by supervising nursing staff, evaluating care quality, and collaborating with management to improve outcomes. Assists with admission/discharge processes to promote efficient patient flow.Participates in assessing and improving the quality of care provided.Supports teamwork and a patient-first approach, engaging in service recovery when needed.Recommends and implements staff hiring, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.Manages staff scheduling, inventory control, and supply management. Qualifications & Skills: Must be a Registered Nurse with a Diploma and obtain BLS certification within 30 days. No prior experience required. Key Duties: Lead nursing team, monitor care standards, collaborate on quality initiatives, support staff development, and ensure efficient unit operations.
