About the Role

As our Registered Nurse, you will make a profound difference in patient lives through comprehensive, patient-centered care. Every day you will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care, contributing to our practice's success through customer/patient focus, communication, professionalism, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform general nursing care following established standards (consent, confidentiality).
• Obtain and document health history, chief complaint, vitals, risk factors; assess disease condition; use established medical records/systems.
• Provide patient care based on practice guidelines, standards, and regulations.
• Execute prescribed treatments and interventions, administer medications, monitor and document progress and response.
• Refer to and consult with physicians, other providers, and community resources.
• Educate patients and families on health status, maintenance, and condition management.
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to improve care processes and outcomes.
• Track quality assurance data and monitor care management.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Oregon State RN license.
• Current AHA BLS certification.
• AHA ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• AHA PALS certification within six months of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

$48.87 - $73.99 per hour.
