About the Role
As our RN, you will make a profound difference in patient lives through comprehensive, patient-centered care. Every day you will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care, contributing to our practice's success through customer/patient focus, communication, professionalism, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Perform general nursing care following established standards (consent, confidentiality).
- Obtain and document health history, chief complaint, vitals, risk factors; assess disease condition; use established medical records/systems.
- Provide patient care based on practice guidelines, standards, and regulations.
- Execute prescribed treatments and interventions, administer medications, monitor and document progress and response.
- Refer to and consult with physicians, other providers, and community resources.
- Educate patients and families on health status, maintenance, and condition management.
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to improve care processes and outcomes.
- Track quality assurance data and monitor care management.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Oregon State RN license.
- Current AHA BLS or ACLS.
Preferred: BSN

$48.87 - $73.99 per hour
