NURSE Assistant Clinic Director (RN) at Functional Health Clinic (Full Time)
About the Role
We are hiring a Registered Nurse to be an Assistant Clinic Director (RN) to support the management and daily operations of our Functional Health clinic while delivering exceptional intravenous vitamin infusion services and an outstanding client experience. We are full functional health, not a drip bar.
What You'll Do
Administer IV therapies, including starting IVs and monitoring treatments
Ensure clinic compliance and client safety, comfort, and overall well-being throughout services
Document (chart) client interactions, treatments, and responses accurately
Provide education to clients regarding therapies, memberships, and wellness services
Deliver a high-touch client experience that promotes loyalty and long-term relationships
Address client concerns and service recovery opportunities promptly and professionally
Conduct follow-up calls and outreach to clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage continued engagement
Support membership enrollment, renewals, and retention initiatives
Implement a "whole body approach" to wellness to optimize long-term health
Lead by example in promoting clinic services, memberships, and wellness programs
Drive clinic sales performance through relationship-based selling and client education
Monitor client retention metrics and identify opportunities to improve client engagement
Coach team members on effective sales conversations and client relationship building
Support achievement of clinic revenue goals through exceptional client experiences and consistent follow-up
Partner with the Clinic Director to implement local marketing, referral, and retention strategies
Act as a backup point of contact for the Clinic Director
Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and regulations
Complete required training related to nutrition infusion therapies
Support daily clinic operations and workflow efficiency
Maintain clinic performance metrics and assist with action plans for improvement
Aid in inventory management, scheduling, and operational execution
Assist in hiring, onboarding, and developing staff
Train and educate team members on procedures, sales techniques, and client care standards
Lead, motivate, and influence staff to meet performance goals
Foster a positive, high-performance team culture
Support ongoing staff development through coaching and accountability
Monitor and document staff performance in partnership with HR
Support coaching, goal setting, and career development
Identify high-performing employees for growth opportunities
Assist in conflict resolution and team management
Help ensure team members consistently meet client service, sales, and operational expectations
Maintain a culture of trust, respect, and professionalism
Lead by example with strong ethical and professional standards
Promote positivity, resilience, and accountability within the team
Champion a client-first culture focused on service excellence, retention, and results
Qualifications
Active California RN License required
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification preferred
Minimum 1 year of vascular access or infusion experience
Minimum 1 year of leadership or management experience
Previous sales, membership, retail healthcare, hospitality, or client retention experience preferred
Microsoft Office
Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
Anatomy, medical terminology, and clinical practices
Basic understanding of sales metrics, client retention strategies, and performance reporting

8–10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday
