Assistant Clinic Director (RN)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver IV hydration, vitamin infusions, injections, and wellness therapies in a safe and professional manner
• Provide an exceptional experience for every client through compassionate care and excellent communication
• Support the Clinic Director with day-to-day clinical and operational responsibilities
• Perform IV starts confidently, including on clients with difficult venous access
• Accurately document treatments and maintain compliance with clinic policies and protocols
• Educate clients on available therapies and wellness services
• Assist with staff training, workflow improvements, and maintaining a positive team culture
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance clinic operations, client satisfaction, and business growth
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana
• Minimum of 2 years of IV infusion or vascular access experience preferred
• Excellent IV placement skills and sound clinical judgment
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, think independently, and follow through on responsibilities
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to support the team in all aspects of clinic operations
• Interest in wellness, preventative health, or functional medicine is preferred
