Responsibilities
- Perform bedside reports using IMAP & SBAR in partnership with patients.
- Conduct head-to-toe assessments on diverse patient populations, including pediatric and geriatric.
- Assist in formulating and revising patient care plans based on responses to treatment.
- Communicate patient condition changes and diagnostic results to RN preceptor.
- Support the delivery of quality healthcare in a supportive environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Currently enrolled in an accredited School of Nursing.
- Completed fundamentals course in nursing.
- Valid Nevada CNA License.
- Current BLS certification.
