Key Responsibilities:Provide high-quality nursing care with compassion and professionalism.Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans and physician orders.Monitor residents’ health status and promptly report changes to the healthcare team.Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.Educate and support residents and their families.Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough medical documentation.
