Per Diem Nurse

Position: RN at the Center for Cardiac Health (Per Diem) Responsibilities: Provide safe, compassionate nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized patient care. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate care and promote optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and families, communicate changes in patient condition, and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Qualifications: Active Illinois RN license, Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, ACLS and BLS certifications, and at least 2+ years of cardiac nursing experience.
