About the role

PHM is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Healthcare Navigator. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration, clinical expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in navigating the healthcare system, including insurance claims, appointments, and treatment plans.
  • Provide personalized health coaching and support to help clients make informed decisions about their care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care coordination.
  • Conduct research and provide evidence-based recommendations to improve client outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and healthcare providers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare administration or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare policies and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds.
  • Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Pay
