About the role
PHM is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Healthcare Navigator. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration, clinical expertise, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in navigating the healthcare system, including insurance claims, appointments, and treatment plans.
- Provide personalized health coaching and support to help clients make informed decisions about their care.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care coordination.
- Conduct research and provide evidence-based recommendations to improve client outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare administration or a related field.
- Strong understanding of healthcare policies and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Experience working with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds.
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
