About the role
The Member Engagement Coordinator plays a crucial role in enhancing the member experience by managing various aspects of association operations, from day-to-day tasks to large-scale events and communications.
Responsibilities
- Supports a wide range of MHA’s core services, including advocacy, education, and events.
- Coordinates projects and assists with event planning and member engagement initiatives.
- Maintains and manages data systems to ensure accuracy and usability for decision-making and outreach.
- Assists with MHAPAC efforts, including tracking, reporting, and organizing advocacy-related projects.
Requirements
- Ace in communications, marketing, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or member services.
- Prior experience in a membership association and/or healthcare environment is preferred.
- Valid Montana Driver’s License required.
