Requirements
- BSN degree or ADN required
- Previous leadership experience required
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and decision-making skills required
- This position is responsible for the financial, clinical, and administrative human resources systems.
- Covering for the RN and LPN Staff including backup for the DON
