Nuclear Medicine Technologist - Part-Time, Variable Shift

Role Overview: Responsible for administering radiopharmaceuticals and radiation intravenously for disease detection and treatment, using radioisotope equipment. Performs diagnostic screening procedures, coordinates patient flow, and maintains procedure quality control. Qualifications & Skills: Requires a diploma or certificate from an accredited Nuclear Medicine program; a bachelor's degree is preferred. Must hold a State Nuclear Medicine License in CA and HI, and be registered with ARRT or NMTCB. Venipuncture certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are mandatory. Key Duties Prepare, administer, and measure radioactive isotopes for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes.Perform screening procedures and document all relevant radioactive materials and surveys.Obtain patient information and provide preparation instructions.Elevate complex issues to senior staff when needed and perform additional related tasks.
