Nuclear Medicine Technologist
About the role
Participates in all daily duties necessary to perform high-quality patient care and imaging exams within the Nuclear Medicine Imaging Department or Radiation Oncology Department. Must be willing to perform on-call tasks when necessary. Must demonstrate courteous relations to the referring physicians and their office staff.
Responsibilities
- Performs diagnostic imaging exams using nuclear medicine techniques.
- Collaborates with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely results.
- Communicates effectively with patients and their families regarding procedures and results.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols.
- May participate in on-call duties as needed.
Requirements
- Successful Completion of a Nuclear Medicine Technology Program
- National Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board
- National Registered Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology
- Washington Radiologic Technologist
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist

- Knowledge of nuclear medicine techniques and equipment

Pay
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
