About the role
Nucar North Kingstown is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Diagnose vehicle issues and recommend appropriate repairs
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair estimates and schedules
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of automotive repair principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in automotive repair or customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
