NP/PA – Priority Care (Walk‑In Clinic)

About the role

This is a full-time opportunity within a collaborative, well-supported clinic environment embedded in a primary care setting. Practice broad-scope urgent and walk-in care while enjoying a 4-day work week in a close-knit community known for outdoor access and work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages with a wide variety of procedures
• Rapid response support from the Emergency Department available 24/7

Requirements

• Broad-scope clinical skills
• Current license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Oregon
• Experience in urgent and walk-in care settings

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Oregon
• Passing scores on relevant national certification exams (NP-C or PA-C)

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a high volume of patient interactions
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Pay

First-year salary guarantee: $143,707 (1.0 FTE)

Production-based compensation model with additional earning potential

Schedule

Clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm
