NP/PA - Hospitalist APP - Ludington, MI
Join the Ludington Hospital team as a Part Time (0.75 FTE) Advanced Practice Provider (APP) in their hospital medicine practice, caring for patients alongside a busy and collaborative team. We are seeking PAs, Acute Care NPs, or Adult Gerontology NPs. Experience is preferred but not required.
About the role
Work with a well-established physician group, additional APPs, and other disciplines to ensure patient safety and success. This role offers a robust ramp-up and orientation process, with a virtual Nocturnist available for consultation as needed.
Schedule
- Average of 5 twelve-hour shifts over a two-week period (7am–7pm or 7pm–7am)
- No call requirements
- Variable scheduling as needed with the team
- Every other weekend

Qualifications
Nurse Practitioner
- Master’s degree required
- NP education and certification (post-2000) must be from a program accredited by CCNE or NLNAC
- 3 years of relevant, current clinical experience
- Previous experience functioning in a collaborative NP role
- Michigan NP license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Physician Assistant
- Master’s degree required; graduate of an accredited PA program
- Michigan PA license
- PA-C certification through NCCPA
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
