About the Role
As a Classroom Aide, you’ll play a critical role in supporting students with autism and other special needs, ensuring they receive the individualized attention they need to thrive.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one support to students in kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Engage in family outreach and school-based activities.
- Participate in professional development and training.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to implement IEP goals.
- Assist in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.
- Document student progress and behavioral observations.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED or higher (experience in special education preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience working with students with special needs or autism.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children succeed.

Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
