What You'll Do

• Answer inbound calls from homeowners needing plumbing service
• Schedule service appointments and gather accurate job details
• Build trust with customers through friendly, confident communication
• Dispatch and coordinate technicians to keep daily schedules efficient
• Manage job notes, customer information, and updates using ServiceTitan
• Confirm appointments and communicate with customers and technicians
• Follow up with customers to ensure a smooth service experience
• Assist with lead tracking, call classification, and job updates

What We're Looking For

• ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred
• 1–3+ years of experience as a CSR, dispatcher, or office administrator
• Excellent phone presence and communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced service environment
• A team-first mindset and a commitment to providing a 5-star customer experience
