About the role

Responsible for maintaining and restoring properties to their original condition. Duties include exterior and interior cleaning, repair of damages, and ensuring compliance with local building codes.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency repairs on residential and commercial properties
• Clean and maintain properties to ensure they are safe and habitable
• Inspect properties for damage and document findings
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Ensure all work adheres to local building codes and regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in property maintenance or related field
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Experience with common home repair tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
