Essential Functions
- Operate, troubleshoot, adjust, repair, and maintain equipment (coders, conveyors, case tapers, and the Santi-Mix system) to get maximum performance and efficiency.
- Pack and palletize finished product.
- Follow current Good Manufacturing Processes (cGMP).
- Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of product.
- Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of process.
- Perform administrative duties.
Qualification Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- One year related experience and/or training, preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Starting Pay and Benefits
- Starting pay at $17.60/hr for both day and night shifts with a $1.00 shift premium.
- Quarterly bonus up to $1,200.00 before taxes.
