About the role

The Production Associate / Operator will be responsible for operating machinery and performing various production tasks under the supervision of the supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow safety protocols and procedures
• Perform quality checks on products
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of related manufacturing experience
• Basic computer literacy
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals
• Physical ability to perform manual labor

Qualifications

• Experience with manufacturing processes
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
