Salary Range

Salary Range: $35.00-$45.00 per hour - based on experience

About the role

We are currently seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) to join our outstanding healthcare team!

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing services under the direction of a RN, including medication administration, wound care, patient education, monitoring changes in condition, and documenting patient progress.
  • Help patients maintain independence while promoting comfort, safety, and healing.
  • Work alongside our nurses, therapists, physicians, and caregivers to play an important role in achieving positive patient outcomes.
  • Build meaningful relationships with patients and families while promoting independence, improving outcomes, and ensuring compassionate, patient centered care.

Requirements

  • Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license
  • Current BLS certification
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
  • Excellent assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

  • Nice to have: Previous experience working in home health, hospice, or a similar caregiving environment
  • Familiarity with KanTime Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
  • Wound care/Wound Vac experience
