About the role
We’re seeking a Light Assembly Worker to work at StreamLight, a premier manufacturer of lighting products, in Eagleville, PA.
Responsibilities
As a Light Assembly Worker, you’ll be performing cellular assembly operations, routing and attaching wires, logging production details, and operating light power tools. You’ll also be applying general manufacturing practices, maintaining component knowledge, and rotating through various work cells, while adhering to safety rules and effectively interfacing with coworkers and supervisors.
- Performing cellular assembly operations by mechanically assembling parts, installing switches, and handling LED assemblies and circuits
- Routing and attaching wires to form circuitry, replacing defective components, and conducting basic hand soldering operations
- Logging production details, visually inspecting completed work, and operating light power tools
- Applying general manufacturing practices, maintaining component knowledge, and rotating through various work cells
- Adhering to safety rules, maintaining a neat work area, and effectively interfacing with coworkers and supervisors
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have a high school diploma or GED, or 1-3 months of relevant experience/training, or equivalent education/experience. You should also be comfortable reading and interpreting instructions, manuals, and safety rules, and possess basic arithmetic skills and mechanical abilities.

- Ability to follow multi-step instructions and operate hand and simple power tools
- Ability to regularly stand, use hands, hear, and occasionally lift/move up to 25 lbs (sometimes up to 50 lbs)
Pay
The pay rate for this role is $17.00/hr for 1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm) and $17.85/hr for 2nd shift (3:30pm-12:00am).
