Light Assembly Worker

About the role

Kelly is partnered with Electrolux in Springfield, TN, offering 1st shift opportunities. These are long-term temp-to-hire positions. Must be flexible regarding schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assemble various parts on an assembly line to create a completed functional product using hands and various air tools
• Meet or exceed both customer and company quality expectations

Qualifications & basic skills

• Ability to bend, stoop, grip, reach, and lift 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis
• Ability to stand for 8 to 10 hour periods at a time
• Able to work where insulation is present
• Ability to perform assigned tasks on a moving assembly line within the time-restricted breakdown designated for that task

Pay

$18.00 per hour.
