Light Assembly Worker

We’re seeking a Light Assembly Worker to join StreamLight, a premier manufacturer of lighting products, in Eagleville, PA.

Pay

• 1st Shift: $17.00/hr (7:00 am – 3:30 pm)
• 2nd Shift: $17.85/hr (3:30 pm – 12:00 am)

Schedule

Two shifts are available: first shift (7:00 am – 3:30 pm) and second shift (3:30 pm – 12:00 am).

Responsibilities

• Perform cellular assembly operations by mechanically assembling parts, installing switches, and handling LED assemblies and circuits
• Route and attach wires to form circuitry, replace defective components, and conduct basic hand soldering operations
• Log production details, visually inspect completed work, and operate light power tools
• Apply general manufacturing practices, maintain component knowledge, and rotate through various work cells
• Adhere to safety rules, maintain a neat work area, and effectively interface with coworkers and supervisors

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months of relevant experience/training, or equivalent education/experience
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, manuals, and safety rules
• Basic arithmetic skills and mechanical abilities, including use of hand tools and a soldering iron
• Ability to follow multi‑step instructions and operate hand and simple power tools
• Ability to regularly stand, use hands, hear, and occasionally lift/move up to 25 lb (sometimes up to 50 lb)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, moderate noise‑level environment while striving for high‑quality results
