About the Role

Apex Recovery Massage is seeking Licensed Massage Therapists who specialize in clinical recovery, sports massage, and advanced therapeutic techniques. This role is for therapists who thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative, growth-driven environment and want more than just another massage job. The practice works with athletes, active professionals, and clients recovering from injury.

What We're Looking For

• Current Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) credential
• Experience in clinical-based therapeutic massage
• Experience in sports massage
• Myofascial Release
• Trigger Point Therapy
• Pin & Stretch techniques

Helpful (Not Required)

• Cupping Therapy
• Scraping / Gua Sha
• Comfort with basic technology (charting, scheduling, etc.)

Compensation

• Base Pay: $25–$30/hr (based on experience)
• Tips: Average $15–$25/hr per massage
• Total Compensation: Typically $40–$55/hr
