Responsibilities
- Deliver adrenaline-pumping instruction on indoor skydiving maneuvers, ensuring participants master body positioning, safety protocols, and control techniques.
- Engage and energize participants with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a passion for flight.
- Navigate and enforce all safety standards with precision, maintaining a safe environment for everyone.
- Conduct flight safety instructions, flight techniques, answer questions, and calm pre-flight nerves.
- Offer constructive feedback post-flight, boosting participants' confidence and skills.
- Collaborate seamlessly with fellow instructors and staff to promote a cohesive and supportive team environment.
- Stay updated on the latest training tools and techniques to continuously enhance instructional skills and the overall customer experience.
- Drive add-on sales by introducing guests to options that enhance their flight.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a physically demanding role requiring strength and stamina.
- Physical requirements: Agility, stamina, and strength assessed through a role-related Post Offer Employment Test (POET).
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays, which are our busiest times.
- Interest or background in coaching, teaching, and facilitating activity-based or entertainment-oriented roles.

Qualifications

Pay
Hourly rate of $20 - $22, guaranteed during the training program.
