Responsibilities

  • Deliver adrenaline-pumping instruction on indoor skydiving maneuvers, ensuring participants master body positioning, safety protocols, and control techniques.
  • Engage and energize participants with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a passion for flight.
  • Navigate and enforce all safety standards with precision, maintaining a safe environment for everyone.
  • Conduct flight safety instructions, flight techniques, answer questions, and calm pre-flight nerves.
  • Offer constructive feedback post-flight, boosting participants' confidence and skills.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with fellow instructors and staff to promote a cohesive and supportive team environment.
  • Stay updated on the latest training tools and techniques to continuously enhance instructional skills and the overall customer experience.
  • Drive add-on sales by introducing guests to options that enhance their flight.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in a physically demanding role requiring strength and stamina.
  • Physical requirements: Agility, stamina, and strength assessed through a role-related Post Offer Employment Test (POET).
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays, which are our busiest times.
  • Interest or background in coaching, teaching, and facilitating activity-based or entertainment-oriented roles.

  • Ability to work well within a team, maintaining positive relationships.

Qualifications

  • Pass the Post Offer Employment Test (POET) to demonstrate physical capabilities.

  • Knowledge of indoor skydiving techniques and safety protocols.

Pay

Hourly rate of $20 - $22, guaranteed during the training program.
