Responsibilities

• Deliver adrenaline-pumping instruction on indoor skydiving maneuvers, ensuring participants master body positioning, safety protocols, and control techniques.
• Engage and energize participants with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a passion for flight.
• Navigate and enforce all safety standards with precision, maintaining a safe environment for everyone.
• Conduct flight safety instructions, flight techniques, answer questions, and calm pre-flight nerves.
• Offer constructive feedback post-flight, boosting participants' confidence and skills.
• Promote a cohesive and supportive team environment for maximum efficiency.
• Stay updated on the latest training tools and techniques to enhance instructional skills and the overall customer experience.
• Drive add-on sales by introducing guests to options that enhance their flight.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be in great physical condition, as the role is physically demanding for long periods of time.

Qualifications

• Physical requirements assessment via a role-related Post Offer Employment Test (POET).

Pay

As an iFLY Flight Instructor, you will be guaranteed a minimum hourly rate of $20.00 - $22.00 during the training program.

Schedule

The schedule for iFLY Flight Instructors includes weekend and holiday work, as these are our busiest times.

Relocation for Flight Instructor Training Program

As part of our onboarding process, you will engage in a thorough Flight Instructor Training Program lasting around 4 to 5 months. This program involves extensive hands-on training to equip you for success as an Instructor at iFLY. Financial support for your relocation expenses will be provided during the training period.
