Responsibilities

• Deliver adrenaline-pumping instruction on indoor skydiving maneuvers, ensuring participants master body positioning, safety protocols, and control techniques.
• Engage and energize participants with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a passion for flight.
• Navigate and enforce all safety standards with precision, maintaining a safe environment for everyone.
• Conduct flight safety instructions, flight techniques, answer questions, and calm pre-flight nerves.
• Offer constructive feedback post-flight, boosting participants' confidence and skills.
• Promote a cohesive and supportive team environment for maximum efficiency.
• Stay updated on the latest training tools and techniques to enhance instructional skills and the overall customer experience.
• Drive add-on sales by introducing guests to options that enhance their flight experience.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be in great physical condition, as the role is physically demanding for long periods of time.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, which are our busiest times.
• Interest or background in coaching, teaching, and facilitating activity-based or entertainment-oriented roles.
• Passionate people with high energy and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Must pass a role-related Post Offer Employment Test (POET) to demonstrate physical capabilities.

Pay

During the training program, iFLY will guarantee a minimum hourly rate of $22.

Schedule

The training program lasts around 4 to 5 months, during which time relocation to a different location and/or state may be necessary. Upon completion of the training program, the minimum hourly rate will be applied.
