About the role

We are now hiring a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our compassionate team!

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and other personal care needs.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help ensure each patient’s comfort, safety, and well-being.
• Deliver person-centered care that supports each individual’s unique needs and goals.

Requirements

• Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology, infection control, and safe caregiving practices.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working in home health, hospice, or a similar caregiving environment.
• Familiarity with KanTime Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
• Bilingual skills.
• Experience providing care for patients with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or other memory-related conditions.
