Responsibilities
- Travel throughout the Northeast to engage with current and potential sales channels
- Manage and motivate distribution channels through strategic planning and training
- Cook up and execute the annual corporate sales action plan
- Attend and participate in national and regional trade shows and marketing meetings
- Maintain consistent communication with distribution channels and the company support personnel
Qualifications
- A four-year BS/BA degree or five years of experience in selling capital equipment through distribution
- Defibrillator experience is preferred
- Strong written, oral, and organizational skills are essential
- Previous managerial experience is beneficial but not mandatory
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage travel requirements effectively
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
