Northeast Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities

  • Travel throughout the Northeast to engage with current and potential sales channels
  • Manage and motivate distribution channels through strategic planning and training
  • Cook up and execute the annual corporate sales action plan
  • Attend and participate in national and regional trade shows and marketing meetings
  • Maintain consistent communication with distribution channels and the company support personnel

Qualifications

  • A four-year BS/BA degree or five years of experience in selling capital equipment through distribution
  • Defibrillator experience is preferred
  • Strong written, oral, and organizational skills are essential
  • Previous managerial experience is beneficial but not mandatory
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage travel requirements effectively
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
