Northeast Regional Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Northeast Regional Sales Manager to lead from the front. This is a true player/coach role responsible for driving personal revenue while leading and developing a team of Business Development Managers across the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on coaching to a team of Business Development Managers
• Drive accountability through ride-alongs, pipeline reviews and regular 1 on 1s
• Set clear activity expectations and performance standards
• Possess proven background in field sales and commercial account management
• Possess prior sales team management and development experience
• Manage pipeline health, forecasting and CRM discipline across the region
• Help shape territory strategy, market priorities and growth plans

Requirements

• Proven background in field sales and commercial account management
• Prior sales team management and development experience
• Experience within restoration, facilities management, construction, insurance or related industries
• Existing commercial accounts, ideally consisting of property management companies, facilities leaders, HOA representatives and business owners
• Proven ability to generate new business through outbound prospecting
• Strong leadership presence with hands-on, lead-by-example mindset

Qualifications

Pay

$105K-$115K + Commission + Bonus
