About the Role

We are currently hiring for Sales and Support positions in Women's Apparel, Kids Apparel & Shoes, and Men's Apparel.

Physical Requirements

• Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers.
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
• Handling bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including reaching above the head to lift them.
• Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.

Pay

• Sales: $15.25/hour (commission varies by merchandise sold, typically 3% to 14.5% for apparel, shoes, and accessories; 3% for Beauty and Men’s Fragrance).
• Stock, Fulfillment, and Delivery: $16.60–$17.30/hour.
• Customer Service: $16.60–$17.30/hour.
