Position Summary
Reporting to the Aging Services Program Director, the NORC Manager of Outreach and Program Development will be responsible for:
- Leading the implementation of outreach initiatives
- Conducting/supervising community engagement activities
- Developing and overseeing activities and events programming for NORC members
- Cooking assistance and case management
- Coordinating meetings of partners
- Providing case assistance and case management
- Building a relationship-based membership
- Ensuring an engaging, energetic environment for all members of the social, wellness, and recreational programs
Requirements
The NORC Manager must have the following qualifications:
- Experience in community engagement and outreach
- Ability to manage and supervise community activities
- Knowledge of health promotion events and supplementary services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in case management and assistance
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Qualifications
The NORC Manager must have:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role

Pay
