Nondestructive Testing – Project Manager-- Reno

About the role
Report directly to the Area NDT Director to sell, manage, and perform nondestructive testing services across the company. Support the NDT Technical Director with growth strategy and QA/QC oversight, lead NDT training and career development programs, and provide technical guidance to project managers. Write and interpret inspection and administrative procedures while adhering to all company policies with a strong emphasis on health and safety. Travel up to 50% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Sell, manage, and perform NDT services company-wide
- Support the NDT Technical Director with growth strategy and QA/QC oversight
- Lead NDT training and career development programs across the company
- Provide technical guidance to project managers company-wide
- Write and interpret inspection and administrative procedures
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures with a strong emphasis on health and safety
- Lead and collaborate effectively in a team environment
Requirements
- Level II certifications in UT, RT, MT, and PT (required)
- ASNT Level III certification in one or more disciplines (preferred)
- Experience with Phased Array (preferred)
- AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) credential (a plus)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in NDT within commercial construction or industrial industries
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
