The salary for this role is $68,000.00 - $93,500.00, and it is located in Austin, TX.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support specific project and program objectives as defined in the areas of responsibility, and that necessary preliminary activities are completed.
  • Support projects and programs assigned are completed in accordance with predetermined requirements, with specific attention to product/process specifications, project/program costs, resource utilization, and timeliness for completion.
  • Ensures that all phases of project, program and/or process development are documented and that information required in other functional areas is reported, disseminated, or transferred, as appropriate.
  • Ensures compliance with Company policies regarding Engineering/Lab notebooks, patents, confidentiality and safety.
  • Undertake study of new technologies, as appropriate.
  • Support data collection for materials & financial resources.

Requirements and Qualifications

Demonstrates expanded conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens capabilities. Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies.

Skills

Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations. No supervisory responsibilities but provides informal guidance to new team members.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position with 10% travel required. Relocation is not eligible. The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
