About the role

This role supports coordination and delivery tracking for active workstreams within the Customer Operations transformation roadmap, including initiatives tied to technology and AI-driven decisioning efforts. The person will work closely with the Program Manager.

A typical day in the role is broken down as follows:

  • 75% — Meeting Coordination & Tracking: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, capture decisions and action items, maintain logs and trackers, monitor resolution progress, escalate risks
  • 25% — Stakeholder Communication: Check in with stakeholders to gather inputs, confirm status and understanding, prepare summaries and updates for leadership

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day execution across multiple project workstreams, keeping activities on track from kickoff through delivery
  • Maintain the project issue log — tracking, escalating, and driving open items to resolution
  • Monitor progress against milestones and deliverables, flagging risks and delays before they impact the broader program
  • Prepare status decks, trackers, and reports for leadership review
  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for the working team, confirming their input is understood and reflected in project tracking

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or project support roles
  • Strong coordinator, able to keep cross-functional teams (business, technology, operations) aligned and moving
  • Skilled in issue tracking, risk identification, and escalation management
  • Experience maintaining governance routines — meeting cadence, dashboards, status reporting
  • Intellectual curiosity, critical thinker, and able to approach problems logically rather than relying on established rules; proactive in finding solutions
  • Clear, concise communicator, comfortable presenting status to senior leadership
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and consistency in documentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Adaptable — able to stay effective when priorities or timelines shift

Nice-to-have

  • Experience supporting AI-driven or AI-related program/project management
  • Experience documenting high-level requirements (workflows, process flows, or similar visuals)
