Non-Residential Services Manager-Rural NKY

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our community outreach programs, focusing on increasing awareness and access to safe spaces and resources within local communities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement community outreach strategies to promote safe spaces and resources
• Collaborate with local organizations to enhance partnerships and expand services
• Conduct needs assessments to inform program development and improvement
• Manage and supervise staff and volunteers in the community outreach team
• Represent the organization at community events and meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (social work, public health, etc.)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in community organizing or related field
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Experience working with diverse populations
• Knowledge of local community issues and resources
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
