Non-CDL Yard Driver
About the role
Tuscan Dairy Farms has immediate job openings for a dependable NON-CDL yard truck driver to safely and efficiently operate shuttles to move trailers from building to building, staging areas and from various loading dock doors. Our yard drivers build relationships with team members using their positive, friendly attitudes and become familiar with their operations to meet needs and expectations. Tuscan Dairy Farms is a farmer-owned brand of Dairy Farmers of America (DFA), a dairy marketing cooperative owned by more than 12,500 family farmers. DFA manufactures a variety of dairy products, including cheese, butter, fluid milk, ice cream, dairy ingredients and more, under well-known and established regional brands. Responsibilities
- Operate shuttles to move trailers between buildings, staging areas, and loading dock doors.
- Build relationships with team members using positive, friendly attitudes.
- Become familiar with operations to meet needs and expectations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- One-year related experience preferred.
- Valid driver license with a clean driving record.
- 21+ years of age.
- Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background, and criminal checks.
