About The Role

As a CBRE Driver, you will provide transportation as requested by the business. This includes picking up and delivering materials or individuals to a specified location. This job is part of the Workplace Experience function.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class transportation and customer service to office personnel, visitors, and clients.
• Keep travel logs and service records as required.
• Maintain a clean vehicle and make minor repairs as needed.
• May perform miscellaneous errands.
• Train and mentor new and current peers on duties and procedures.
• Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisors.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Fulfill the physical requirements associated with this role, including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs and ladders. Must be able to lift or carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

Qualifications

• CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience.
• The minimum salary for the Non CDL Commercial Driver position is $24.04 per hour and the maximum salary for the position is $27 per hour.
• The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
