Nocturnist - Hospitalist
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive inpatient care during overnight hours 7 on / 7 off schedule
- Admit patients from the emergency department
- Cross-cover and manage existing hospitalized patients
- Respond to overnight clinical changes and rapid responses
- Collaborate with nursing staff, specialists, and care teams
- Ensure thorough documentation and effective handoffs
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Eligible for or active Illinois medical license
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
Pay

The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $330,000.00 to $350,000.00 on an annualized basis.
