Novant Health Cancer Institute is seeking a full-time Nocturnal Advanced Practice Provider for our Malignant Hematology, Transplant and Cellular Therapy Program. This program includes a dynamic team of Medical Doctors and Advanced Practice Providers who care for malignant hematology and autologous stem cell transplant patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Our providers are supported by a dedicated team of Nurses, Pharmacists, Transplant Coordinators, and Nurse Navigators. We offer a flexible rotating work schedule to preserve work-life balance for our providers.

What We're Looking For

  • Education: A Master's Degree is required. A graduate of an NCCPA accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program is required.
  • Experience: One to three years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider is required.
  • Licensure/Certification/Registration: A current PA license in the appropriate state is required. NCCPA certification and current DEA registry are also required. ACLS certification (if in an infusion center or cardiac specialty) is required.
  • Additional Skills: The successful candidate must be able to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. They should also have the ability to work with management teams and physicians, demonstrate excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
