NOC Platforms & Integration Lead

The NOC Platforms & Integration Lead is responsible for shaping the technology foundation behind large-scale network operations and ensuring critical platforms operate seamlessly. Key accountabilities include owning the technical lifecycle and operational readiness of key network operations platforms, collaborating with engineering and operational teams, leading testing and validation efforts, overseeing integration of new products, managing release cycles, and acting as a technical subject matter expert.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in systems design, tooling architecture, integration engineering, or related roles within NOC, telecommunications, or service assurance environments.
• Strong scripting experience with languages such as Python or Go.
• Proven ability to manage complex platform lifecycles and act as a technical liaison between engineering teams and operational users.
• Experience with large-scale telecommunications, fiber, cable, or network operations environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platforms, particularly Event Management, ITOM, or ITSM modules, preferred.
• Experience with release management processes, testing automation, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience managing third-party vendors, negotiating technical requirements, and defining integration strategies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to operate in a collaborative environment.
