About the role

The NOC Engineer is responsible for maintaining network operations, monitoring system performance, and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain network infrastructure and troubleshoot technical problems
• Monitor system performance and alert team members to potential issues
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in network operations
• Proficient in network troubleshooting and configuration
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
