$130,000 annual salary plus bonus

Key Responsibilities of the Network Operations Manager
- Lead and develop a team of network administrators through coaching, performance management, and ongoing support of technical growth
- Oversee enterprise infrastructure including network connectivity, cloud platforms, servers, and virtualization environments to ensure consistent performance and uptime
- Guide infrastructure initiatives such as cloud migrations, network improvements, and communication system updates from planning through execution
- Partner with security teams to strengthen controls, address vulnerabilities, and support regulatory compliance efforts
- Maintain system health and capacity while managing vendors, budgets, documentation, and change management processes
Requirements
- At least seven years of experience in infrastructure or network environments along with three years of leadership responsibility
- Strong expertise in Microsoft server technologies, Azure services, and hybrid identity platforms such as Active Directory and Entra ID
- Experience working with virtualization tools such as VMware or Hyper V in complex environments
- Knowledge of security practices and regulatory standards including SOX or FFIEC along with incident response principles
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams
