NJ Civil Litigation Attorney (Full-time Permanent)
About the role
Latitude is seeking a NJ-licensed Civil Litigation Attorney to join a women-owned national law firm with offices in Mount Laurel, NJ. This is a permanent, full-time hybrid position (in-office 2 days/week in Mount Laurel, NJ). Interested candidates should have at least 2+ years of civil defense litigation experience, with a focus on premises liability and commercial transportation matters. Excellent academic credentials, written and oral advocacy skills are a must. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in New Jersey. Requirements
- 2+ years of civil defense litigation experience
- Experience in premises liability and commercial transportation matters preferred
- Licensed to practice and in good standing in New Jersey
- J.D. from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional law firm setting
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills

Pay
The salary range for this role is $125,000 - $150,000 with bonuses and other incentive programs in place for additional compensation. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
Schedule
Full-time position with a hybrid schedule: in-office 2 days per week in Mount Laurel, NJ.
