PA/NJ Workers Compensation Paralegal (Full-time Permanent)
Latitude is seeking a Workers Compensation Paralegal with experience in both PA and NJ for a permanent, full-time position with a leading defense litigation firm.
About the Role
Interested candidates should have at least 5+ years of experience assisting attorneys in the defense of workers’ compensation claims. This is a hybrid position based in Philadelphia, PA.
Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in the defense of workers’ compensation claims
- Prepare pleadings and discovery
- Effectively communicate with attorneys, staff, and clients
- Prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines
Requirements
- 5+ years of workers’ compensation defense experience
- Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate
- Superior written and oral advocacy skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional law firm setting

Pay
The salary range for this role is $55,000 - $70,000. Pay is based on multiple factors including work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
