Full Time Litigation Paralegal - Philadelphia, PA
Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC is looking for an experienced litigation paralegal in its Philadelphia office. The firm continues to build on eight decades of legal excellence, collaboration, and dedication to cultivating outstanding talent.
About the role
The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience. Major responsibilities include the discovery portion of a litigation file and providing additional support through all phases of litigation, including drafting appropriate motions and pleadings. The firm operates under a hybrid schedule, allowing you to work from home for a portion of your workweek.
Responsibilities
- Manage the discovery portion of litigation files
- Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
- Provide support through all phases of litigation
Requirements
- Associate's degree in paralegal studies or Bachelor's degree in another field with a certificate in paralegal studies (strongly preferred)
- Minimum of 5+ years of personal injury defense experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and proactively manage a large caseload
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Case management software experience (a plus)
- Self-starter with initiative and problem-solving abilities
